Instructions
- Brew the espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add the Biscoff cookie butter to the hot milk and whisk until fully melted and combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract if using.
- Pour the espresso into a mug and top with the Biscoff milk mixture.
