Cool down with this refreshing Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea, a fruity fusion of sweet peaches and tart raspberries blended into a sparkling iced tea twist. Perfect for summer sipping or a fancy brunch mocktail, this drink delivers bold flavor with a fizzy finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 peach-flavored tea bags
  • 1 cup peach nectar or peach juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh peach slices and raspberries (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Boil 4 cups of water, then steep peach tea bags in the hot water for 5–7 minutes
  • Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar if using. Let cool to room temperature
  • In a pitcher, combine brewed tea, peach nectar, and raspberries. Muddle gently to release berry flavors
  • Refrigerate the mixture until chilled, about 1–2 hours
  • Before serving, add sparkling water and stir gently
  • Serve over ice with peach slices, raspberries, and mint for garnish

Notes

  • You can use fresh brewed black tea and add peach syrup if peach tea bags aren’t available
