  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (plus more to taste)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • Optional: fresh mint for garnish, granola or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare Berries:
  • In a bowl, gently toss berries with balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to macerate.
  • Mix Yogurt:
  • In a separate bowl, stir remaining ½ teaspoon honey into the yogurt (adjust to taste).
  • Assemble & Serve:
  • Spoon yogurt into serving bowls. Top with balsamic berries.
  • Garnish with mint, granola, or nuts if desired.

Notes
