Instructions
- Prepare Berries:
- In a bowl, gently toss berries with balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to macerate.
- Mix Yogurt:
- In a separate bowl, stir remaining ½ teaspoon honey into the yogurt (adjust to taste).
- Assemble & Serve:
- Spoon yogurt into serving bowls. Top with balsamic berries.
- Garnish with mint, granola, or nuts if desired.
