  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch (if using).
  • Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip the fries, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
