Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch (if using).
- Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip the fries, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with herbs and serve with your favorite dip.
