Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Arrange asparagus on one side of the baking sheet and salmon fillets on the other side.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over salmon and asparagus.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper evenly.
  • Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
