- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange asparagus on one side of the baking sheet and salmon fillets on the other side.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over salmon and asparagus.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper evenly.
- Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
