- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the sheet and asparagus on the other.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper over salmon and asparagus.
- Lay lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving, if desired.
