Description

This Baked Caesar Chicken is incredibly juicy, creamy, and full of garlicky Parmesan flavor. With a rich Caesar dressing sauce, melted cheese, and a golden-baked finish, it’s a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner that pairs perfectly with rice, pasta, or roasted veggies!

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

✅ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✅ 1 cup Caesar dressing
✅ 1/2 cup sour cream
✅ 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✅ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
✅ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt
✅ 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
✅ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Dish:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

    • In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  • Assemble the Dish:

    • Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
    • Spread the Caesar sauce mixture evenly over the chicken.
    • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese if using.
  • Bake the Chicken:

    • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
    • For extra browning, broil on high for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Garnish & Serve:

    • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
    • Serve with steamed veggies, mashed potatoes, pasta, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.
  • Try pounding the chicken to an even thickness for more consistent cooking.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
