Description

These Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and packed with delicious flavors! A perfect appetizer or snack that’s easy to make and kid-friendly.


Ingredients

    • 2 cups broccoli (steamed & finely chopped)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 clove garlic (minced)
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until well combined.
    • Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
    • Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
    • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
