Description

- 2 cups broccoli (steamed & finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 large egg
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until well combined.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
