Description

Savory and crispy bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts make for a delicious appetizer or side dish, perfect for parties or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
  • 1012 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each Brussels sprout with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are tender.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
