- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
- 10–12 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are tender.
- Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use thinner bacon for quicker cooking.
- Can be prepped ahead and baked when ready.
