  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Sour cream or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Step 2: Cut the Doritos

  1. Carefully open the Doritos bag.
  2. Using a small knife, make a slit in the center of each chip without breaking it apart.

Step 3: Stuff the Doritos

  1. Gently spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the slits of each chip.
