- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (or preferred flavor)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Sour cream or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
Step 2: Cut the Doritos
- Carefully open the Doritos bag.
- Using a small knife, make a slit in the center of each chip without breaking it apart.
Step 3: Stuff the Doritos
- Gently spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the slits of each chip.
- Avoid overfilling to prevent the chips from breaking.
Step 4: Chill
- Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a tray.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the filling to firm up.
