- 1/2 cup full-fat plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek-style preferred for creaminess)
- 1/4 cup fruit purée (like banana, strawberry, mango, or blueberry)
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract (for babies 10+ months)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt with fruit purée until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a zip-top bag or piping bag.
- Pipe small dots (about the size of a dime) onto the parchment-lined sheet.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Peel off and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve frozen for a cooling snack.
Notes
- Use full-fat yogurt for better texture and healthy fats.
- Choose fruits your baby has already been introduced to.
- Avoid honey or added sweeteners for babies under 1 year.
- Always supervise while eating—melts dissolve easily but can be slippery!
