- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
- Dipping sauce (garlic aioli, sriracha mayo, or tzatziki)
Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
- Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
