Delicious and healthy 3-ingredient yogurt bites made with apple, strawberry, and blueberry. No added sugar and perfect for kids as a nutritious snack.

- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 medium apple, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed strawberries and blueberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the chopped apple, strawberries, and blueberries until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins lined with paper cups.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
- Remove from molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- Use plain yogurt to avoid added sugars; vanilla yogurt adds natural sweetness.
- Feel free to substitute fruits with your child’s favorites.
- These bites are great for lunchboxes or quick snacks.
