Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat recommended)
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour (plus more for dusting)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  • Top with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Notes
