Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Base – In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

2️⃣ Add the Reese’s – Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, then press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.

3️⃣ Make the Topping – In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

4️⃣ Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil (or butter) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

5️⃣ Sprinkle & Chill – Immediately sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the chocolate layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

6️⃣ Slice & Serve – Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
